This will be a 17 1/2 mile ride on the paved paths on Lower Huron and Willow Metroparks, although those that wish can ride parts on the road if they want (may cut down on the mileage though). The redbuds are out and this is a very pretty ride at this time of year! After riding the length of Lower Huron, we will take the connector trail between it and Willow Metropark, following the river as it goes under I-275. We will then do a loop through Willow Metropark and take the path back to Lower Huron. Strava route here: https://www.strava.com/routes/3220080167645502236

Meet at 5:45 so we can roll out at 6pm sharp!

Approximate pace is 10-12 mph, but slower or faster riders are welcome and we will regroup at various points.

Rear lights and some form of rearview mirror are recommended. Bike helmets are required! Please be sure your bike is in good working order and bring supplies to fix a flat or do small repairs on the road if necessary.

Please RSVP if you are coming. Text 248-804-9775 if you will be late or need to cancel last minute so we don't leave anyone behind!

We will gather for a drink or a bite to eat somewhere after the ride for anyone who is interested.

This is a ride focused on women, but men are welcome to attend.
